The Placement Department lends a hand to the learner in determining their career goals through Personality Development Programs and Academic Progress for appearing placement curriculum.
The department also assists in developing their Management Skills. Primarily, focus is given on Communication skill, Presentations and Public speaking, Team building and Leadership talent, Time management and Negotiation know-how, etc.
In the third semester, the prime focus is on Pre-Placement Conditioning Classes, which is compulsory for all the students to undergo. These classes are conducted by trained and experienced faculty members and industry veterans, providing practical inputs. In these classes, the students are exposed to finer points of handling Group Discussions, Communication Skills, Grooming, Body Language, Psychometric / Aptitude Tests, Personal Interview Skills and core domain knowledge. The department also assists in developing their Management Skills. Primarily, focus is given on Presentations and Public speaking, Team Building and Leadership Talent, Time management and Negotiation know-how, etc. This equips the students with the necessary skill sets to handle situations in a matured and professional manner.
Industrial visits are conducted to provide an Industrial Exposure to the learners in mid of first semester. The intention in organizing this event is to upgrade their knowledge regarding the company and their brands, products and services and also help them to understand the industrial working environment. After the end of the industrial visit Inter Group Competition for the learners is conducted through presentations based on their visits. Recent Industrial Visits:
The Internship Programs comprise of Summer Internship (May -June) for Summer batch and Winter Internship (November- December) for Winter Batch which is compulsory for all students between second and third semester.
The main objective of the Internship Programs is to prepare our students to face the practicality of the work place by assigning time-bound Projects/ Research Study in a company. The project/ research study are to be done by students under the guidance of the faculty. This provides a platform to the learners to strengthen their career prospects and also paves the way for pre-placement offers to the students. Stipends are also offered to the students by some organizations. Internship Programs are conducted in these following Companies
Alumni Meet is a way to associate all the past Gems of EIILM once in a year. It brings together old memories of the good times spent at EIILM.
This is an annual opportunity for all alumni to pay their respect to the Alma mater and faculty members. It is also a forum where the achievements of the alumni are shared with the current learners that help to enhance their career objective. The experiences of EIILM shared, the academic advises given, the placement tips received, all form a part of learning for the current students.
These meets even support our current Placement process and help alumni in recruiting our present learners. Nevertheless, Alumni meet is also a time for teachers to meet their beloved ex-students and witness their growth in the industry.
It is always a star-studded affair with past Gems meeting present ones under the luminary gaze of the teachers.

Pre placement is a process through which a learner gets absorbed after the Internship Program in the same organization. This encourages both the learner and the organization to give their best.
Final placement is the last lap for the learner to achieve their career goals. EIILM has been successful in providing best of its placement till date. The motto of the placement stands as “Right job for the Right candidate”. EIILM Placement offers Limitless Possibilities to each and every learner and hence their job satisfaction becomes the priority for Placement Department.
